My Story
Throughout my career as a psychologist, I've had the privilege of working in a variety of settings, including schools, homes, community clinics, and private practices. I've learned to integrate components from many types of therapy (CBT, art, Floortime, PRT, DBT), conducted neuropsychological testing, answered hotline calls, provided behavior support, and written behavior plans and IEPs. My experience spans a wide range of ages - from individuals as young as two to those in their 70s. This breadth of experience in mental health has enriched my understanding of human development and the intricacies of the human experience.
To me, being a therapist means committing to a lifetime of learning through consultation groups, reading, workshops, and my own therapy. This allows me to bring the newest treatment modalities into therapy and continually improve my practice. Outside of work, I find peace through yoga, traveling, cooking, and connecting with nature.
